Ashley Lerner Project Manager
Ashley joined Streetwise in September 2007 and has a strong background of working within the Community and with young Jewish people. Prior to Streetwise Ashley was employed as a Movement Worker with FZY and was previously President of the Leeds Jewish Society.
Nathan Servi Assistant Project Manager
Leadership Manager
Nathan has been involved in Jewish informal education for 15 years. He has worked in Italy, Israel and the USA with various movements. More recently he was Youth Director at Maidenhead Synagogue. Nathan has a B.A. in Psychology and in Jewish Studies from Yeshiva University and is now completing an M.A. in Jewish education at LSJS and King's College London. At Streetwise Nathan manages the Leadership Programme and the Alan Senitt Community Leadership Programme.
Jeni Weiner Project Worker
Jeni has been involved in informal Jewish Education for 7 years working in a number of settings including volunteering with RSY Netzer. Prior to Streetwise, Jeni was employed by JAT (Jewish Action and Training for Sexual Health) and taught young people in the community issues of sexual health, puberty, body image and healthy relationships. At Streetwise Jeni is responsible for both the Primary and Secondary school programmes and community projects in and around London.
Emma Nagli Project Worker
Emma has been heavily involved within the Jewish community for over 10 years, having grown up as an active member of FZY; as a participant, a youth leader and a member of the movement team prior to Streetwise. Following study at university in Birmingham, Emma worked in Israel for a year as a leader on FZY's gap year programme, where her passion for informal education grew considerably. At Streetwise Emma is responsible for the organisation of Community Courses and Workshops, and School Parent's evenings.
Joel Stanley Project Worker
Joel has worked in the Jewish community for over ten years, setting up Merkavah Theatre Company and Moishe House London. A youth worker and educator Joel has an M.A. in applied drama. At Streetwise Joel works on project development, facilitation and education programming.
Sarah Polak Northern Project Worker
Sarah has many years of experience working with young people in various settings. First as a dance teacher, most recently Sarah has been a support worker for students with special needs. Sarah has a psychology degree from the University of Leeds. At Streetwise Sarah is responsible for both the Primary and Secondary school programmes and community projects in the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland.
Mike Personal Safety Chief Instructor
Mike has worked with CST for a number of years in various roles and is a senior instructor in Krav Maga. Mike is responsible for all the Streetwise personal safety programmes.
