Anti-Bullying

Streetwise delivers Anti-Bullying sessions to primary and secondary school students, reaching over 4,000 students per year. Primary school sessions are available to students aged 4 –11 and explore what constitutes bullying, the different forms it can take and identifies strategies for preventing and responding to bullying.

Our secondary school programmes programmes focus on the effects and impact of cyber-bullying, and racial bullying. Through our sessions we examine the implications and effects of these issues on young people's development, promote social and school inclusivity, and discourage the use of inappropriate language.

Streetwise anti-bullying sessions provide young people with a toolkit to resolve bullying situations; for friends to become upstanders and support anybody who suffers from bullying, by learning who to tell and where to report the most serious incidents.
